This website is a set of information pages for a licensed California C-10 electrical contractor. There is no contact form, no quote form, no newsletter and no account to create, so there is nothing here for you to submit. If you want to reach us, you call the number on the page. That means the site itself collects almost nothing about you, and what it does collect is the ordinary record every web server keeps in order to send a page to a browser.

Huntington Beach EV Charger is a licensed California C-10 electrical contractor working out of Huntington Beach, California. This policy covers this website and the phone calls placed to the number published on it. It does not cover other companies' websites that we link to, such as utility rebate pages, manufacturer manuals or city permit pages. Once you follow a link off this site, that company's own privacy policy applies instead of ours.

Like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs. Those logs are written automatically for every visitor and are used to keep the site online, find broken pages and block abuse. They are not used to build a profile of you, they are not matched to your phone call, and they are not sold or handed to advertisers.

Notes from inquiries that never turned into a job are not kept beyond the point where following up still makes sense.

California law gives residents the right to ask a business what personal information it holds about them, to receive a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, and not to be treated differently for asking. No system is perfect, which is the main reason we keep what we collect to a minimum in the first place.
